We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Soma workshop, East London.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including providing support to staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.
Key requirements include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role in the Automotive Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Proficient in Sage and Pastel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
